The Goodwin coffee table is handmade in solid American Black Walnut with a white inlay of Maple it is finished in a clear matt lacquer. it has an 8mm thick elliptical  toughened clear glass top and polished edges. The glass top has two milled holes at either end where a solid brass cylinder passes through into the frame to locate the glass top. The frame is fully jointed with traditional mortice and tenon style joints. The cross style base of the table is elevated slightly off the floor with recessed height adjustable feet.
